Let’s come together on November 7 for the True Blue Virtual Moonlight Gala in support of Delta Hospital

For 22 years Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation (DHCHF) has held the Moonlight Gala to help raise funds for much needed equipment and facilities for Delta Hospital. With the support of their generous community, the event has raised $4.6 million dollars to date.

 

This year, due to provincial restrictions on large gatherings amid the COVID-19 pandemic, DHCHF is holding the True Blue Virtual Moonlight Gala on November 7.  The community is invited to bring the Moonlight Gala into their homes as DHCHF raises funds for Delta Hospital’s greatest needs which includes needs related to COVID-19.

 

Whether it’s one true blue supporter in the comfort of your own home, or a gathering of your bubble creating a mini Moonlight Gala- let’s all come together November 7th to support Delta Hospital.  The event concludes with the Livestream Program at 7:30pm hosted by James Cybulski of The Starting Lineup weekday mornings on Sportsnet 650 Radio.

 

All those participating will be fully engaged online with access to our most exciting auction ever (starting November 5), fun 50/50 raffle, and live streaming draws, entertainment and Fund A Need for critical surgical equipment needs.

Tickets sales will begin on Friday, October 9.  An individual Gala Virtual Ticket costs $25 for which you will receive a full charitable tax receipt. To host your own mini gala with your bubble, you can purchase a $250 Mini Gala Host Virtual Ticket that will give you online access for up to 10 individuals and a Mini Gala Package delivered to your door prior to Gala night.

 

Tickets also give you access to an exclusive Mini Gala Host Auction on October 14 & 15 where you can bid on items and services such as a private dinner at one of Delta’s top restaurants, a fully loaded bar with bartender, true blue décor, or cleaning services for your November 7 mini gala.

 

“Even though we can’t be together in the same room this year, we are hoping everyone will come together as a community for one night in support of Delta Hospital with your own mini gala,” says Don Sangster, Gala Committee Chair.
