This chic new summer tradition  will be benefiting the Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation’s ‘Coming Home’ campaign for the new Beedie Long Term Care Centre. See you on the Boardwalk!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do tickets and seating work?

Tickets: There are no physical tickets for Supper at Sunset. On event day, your name will appear on our guest list for the number of seats you have purchased. Simply check in at guest registration when you arrive. 

Seating: Seating is first-come, first-served, so make sure to choose the number of seats for your party when you arrive. Each place setting will have a numbered seat card that indicates if the seat is open or taken – turn over the card to TAKEN once you’ve made your choice. If you have any issues, please ask one of the seating hosts for assistance.

What happens if it rains?

The event will be postponed a week. Guests will have the option of attending the second date or getting a refund.  

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes shuttle transportation to and from a designated parking location at Tsawwassen Mills mall, a welcoming glass of bubbles, and a delicious multi-course meal served family-style, and two drink tickets. Drink options include beer, wine, sangria, and mocktail options. Live music will be playing throughout the evening.  

Can I park my vehicle for free?

Yes. A shuttle is available to take guests to and from a pre-arranged (free) parking location at Gate 4 at Tsawwassen Mills Mall to and from the event.
