Simone & Jonn Epplette have lived in Delta for most of their lives and became Helping Hearts Club monthly donors in 2018. Over the years they have relied on Delta Hospital and have appreciated the care they have received - especially so close to home. The decision to become Helping Hearts was meaningful for the Epplettes as they wanted to be a part of supporting their local hospital to ensure the very best technology and services possible.
Supporting Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation (DHCH Foundation) through monthly giving helps support outstanding healthcare close to home. Monthly donors contribute to the purchase of critically needed medical equipment, capital improvements and education and training for hospital staff.
Simone and Jonn felt compelled to support the Delta Hospital campus through monthly donations. “The more support we give to our local hospital as a community, through volunteering or financial aid, the better it will become. The more cutting-edge equipment and procedures available in Delta, the more we will attract doctors, nurses and support staff that want to work here,” says Simone. “We are so appreciative of the many people that work at Delta Hospital. From the volunteers to administration to support and cleaning staff to nurses to doctors, it takes a special kind of person to work in a hospital. Thank you to all.”
