Aishwariya Sharma, also a Delta Secondary student, was awarded this scholarship for her outstanding commitment to promoting philanthropy and positivity in her community including spearheading an “Acts of Kindness” campaign for her school’s Interact Club.
“On behalf of the Foundation Board and Staff, I congratulate both Aishwariya and Taylor on receiving these scholarships and wish them much success in their future endeavours,” says Lisa Hoglund, Executive Director of Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation. “We were impressed with the outstanding caliber of students that applied and wish all our applicants the best of luck in their post-secondary academic aspirations.”
