Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation (DHCH Foundation) is proud to announce that Dr. Martin Ray and Dr. Judy Fletcher have made a generous $10,000 donation in honour of Diane Harper, a deeply respected community leader, dedicated volunteer, and healthcare professional who recently retired after decades of dedicated service.
Diane Harper, a Delta resident since 1987, has been an integral part of the local healthcare landscape. She served as office manager and assistant to Dr. Ray at View Medical and View Laser Skin Rejuvenation, where she became the cornerstone of the practice through her professionalism, precision, and compassionate care. Beyond her clinical role, Diane has been a tireless volunteer including her time at Delta Hospital Auxiliary Society, even serving as president from 1999 – 2001. She also volunteered her administrative contributions to the Delta Division of Family Practice and major sporting events including the 2010 Winter Olympics and 2009 World Junior Hockey Championship. This commemorative gift reflects the profound gratitude of her colleagues and friends.
