Making a tribute gift is a wonderful way to celebrate loved ones and events, or show appreciation. Donate in memory of a loved one or in honour of a friend or family member. You can also ask friends and family for donations to Delta Hospital in lieu of gifts in honour of your special occasion. A tribute gift to Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation will help support Delta Hospital in the delivery of outstanding healthcare. Tribute gifts that collectively reach $1,000 or more will be recognized on the DHCH Foundation donor wall inside Delta Hospital. Making a gift in memory of a special person is a wonderful way to pay tribute to the memory of a loved one, and let their family know that your thoughts are with them during this difficult time. These gifts can be made anytime including as a monthly gift or annually.
If requested, we can send a condolence card to the family to let them know you have made a gift (without disclosing the amount), and we will send you a tax receipt.
You can request ‘in memory’ donation cards and envelopes for a celebration of life or funeral. Then, simply collect the envelopes and drop them off in person or mail to:
