Please check your email as we have sent important information about your arrival to the tournament and participation in the online auction. Please read through all the details of the email to ensure the best experience at the event.

• 11:00AM: Registration & Lunch
• 12:30PM: Pre-Shotgun Rally
• 1:00PM: Shotgun Start
• 6:00PM: 19th Hole Dinner: sponsored by CI Assante Wealth Management Ltd. / Rich Widdifield , Dinner served at 6:30pm, Program begins at 7:15pm

Pre-Arrival Verification & Registration

For a quicker check-in process at the event and to ensure you are able to participate in contests and activities on course, we ask that you verify you have pre-registered and have a credit card on file. Please check your email for our “Important Arrival Information” message which includes a link to register.

Tournament Activities and Contests

Stay in the Game Booklets will be available to purchase at registration. These booklets include:

• One Drink Ticket (local beer, wine or highball)

• One Draw Entry for 1 Night Stay at the Coast Tsawwassen Inn & $100 Browns Socialhouse Gift Card, value $500

Hit the Target and Golf Cannon entries will also be available available to purchase on course.

GOLFER ARRIVAL & CHECK IN PROCESS

Please arrive to the tournament no later than 11:30am to ensure you have time to check-in and enjoy lunch before heading on course at 12:30pm.

Upon arrival, please do the following:

1. Drop off your golf bag at the top of the roundabout driveway with our Valet Team, the Delta Firefighters.
2. Pickup your Player Gift from the table next to registration.  You may wish to leave your gift in your vehicle during the tournament as it is fragile.
3. Next, park your vehicle in the underground parking or across the street in the parking lot.
4. Finally, come check-in at the registration desk to receive your materials for the day and then head to lunch.
